What is CVille Market?

When shopping with CVille Market, you can expect high quality ingredients and food that makes you smile. It’s a mix of Classic European Bakes, Midwestern Favorites, and Inspired Flavors! For now- you can find CM popping up at local festivals OR, join the email list and order online for Friday pick ups.

CVille Market is the newest baby for Lorna + Eric. Eric Abert, a Collinsville native and former Kahok, and Lorna Biljan (Chicago), moved into their Uptown home with their son in 2022. In the future, they hope to land in a spot that at embodies the vision of CVille Market. Somewhere cozy you can come visit when you want to warm your soul.

Lorna and Eric both worked in the hospitality industry in Chicago (and New York) for decades, and during the pandemic, dreamed up of maybe starting their family…and maybe opening up a spot in Eric’s hometown. Is 2026 the year…?
